If you're not sure what a graphical link does, hold the pointer over it for a few seconds until the tool tip appears. If nothing appears, then either you aren't positioning the mouse correctly, there is nothing there (Which should rarely be the case even with non-linked items), or your browser doesn't support this feature.
To test your browser for tool tip support, place your mouse over the banner below. Wait at least ten seconds before giving up. Be sure to have the mouse appropriately positioned.
If you get lost in all of the frames, simply move to the address bar and type any url to remove all but those on the page you entered.
If a link doesn't work, check the site map. If a link on the site map doesn't work, then something is probably messed up, in which case you should contact me.
If a picture does not appear right or is a box with an X in it, try using your browser's refresh button. Otherwise, there may be a broken link somewhere and you should contact me.
