The Jeqo Firebird gang opens discussions on character development development--that is, the development in how we've handled characters and what they mean... and stuff! News and DraconBeams bring us home or something...

Special opening (This might be the best intro ever. :D.), and we dive into a continued discussion of writing style development. Last week, we put more emphasis on the early era; this week, we try to divide the twenty-first century stuff a little better, and there are a few bits of production news thrown in there as well... so check it out and tell us what you think of our analysis of "DBRoP -> Fluff ".

This week, Wolfstar takes us on a look at the evolution of writing styles from gradeschool to today... and naturally the other person botches it up by rambling in a confusing voice. Ch'ck''t'out!

Back for the 2008 season, Jeqo Firebird podcast episode 11... sucks. Well, lots of stuff gets updated--because a lot happened... but hey, listen to find out! (Or ... read the homepage, I guess. o.o.).

In episode 9, The Firebird and Jeqo overlords give us a taste of the coming awesome with some brief DLE updating (and probably failed attempt at categorizing ^_^), pose the question of who the baddest Firebird character of the year has been, and in the process get pseudoteasers into some peoples, and along the way we learn that violence isn't always the answer and that programming isn't as hard as good work ethics! Well, I guess I spoiled the episode for you. Listen anyway!

So I recorded the closing music after editing the episode, but before saving (why save the whole thing if you're going to add a few more seconds and then have to save again?). Except... I apparently did something in the wrong order to end the recording, and the sound died for several minutes. Talk about scary... Somehow it magically came back (because I tried to save the music?) and things turned out ok. Sooooo.... enjoy!

In episode 8 of the Jeqo Firebird podcast, we go over Wolfstar's Atomic Blast Man shortstory (which it seems consensus has decided is not a short story), and the results of the final pre-demo checkpoint of Legend of Lu Chao. Some discussion of other things ensue... so be prepared for a ride?

Episode0005, for Halloween! An unwanted guest decides to invade the podcast... but that doesn't stop the outpouring of news and information, including details on the Herendil character Elias! And if things seem hopeless... cheap special effects and a close scrape with license violations may prove helpful!
Two important things: first, fifth episode and this is the third recording setup we've used. Better? Worse? Someone tell us! Next, I kinda... saved the finished version over the original recording on my end. So the "Ultimate Uncut Edition" of this episode is kinda lost'd. But I guess a widescreen version is doable.

If the subject matter is interesting enough... listen and be educated! If people talking for 30 minutes about uninteresting things puts you to sleep and you are in a state of extreme insomnia... listen to it on a loop!
